Frame designs are 4–6 weeks. Component designs are 2–4 weeks. Bottle cage custom orders are 2–3 weeks. Rush options may be available — ask when requesting a quote.
For frame service, we need the bare frame — no fork, headset, bottom bracket, or other parts. We'll advise on exactly what to send after your consultation.
We show you progress photos before the piece ships back. If something is wrong on our end, we make it right. See our full return policy for details.
Yes — if you're in or near Ames, Iowa, you can drop off and pick up by appointment. Mention this when requesting your quote and we'll arrange a time.
