About TiO2 Designs

Located in Ames, Iowa, TiO2 Designs began as a passion project for a cyclist with a love for titanium bikes and in need of new decals. After discovering the natural ability of titanium to produce a brilliant spectrum of colors, the experiment began. Titanium tubing was obtained for testing, electrolyte was mixed, voltage was applied, and TiO2 Designs was formed. Since the initial experiment, the project has grown with the goal of helping riders create a customized aesthetic for their bikes that embodies their style and spirit.
