Return Policy
Not quite the color you were expecting? TiO2 Designs accepts returns of components and accessories as long as the items have not been marked or scratched. This includes minor scratches that can occur during mounting. Please check that the color/design meets expectations prior to mounting on your bike. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
TiO2 Designs accepts returns on standard items, including bottle cages and bike components, within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Items must show no signs of mounting, wear, or scratches

Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible
Returns that show evidence of installation, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
Custom & Commissioned Work
All commissioned or custom items are final sale once the customer has reviewed and approved photos of the completed piece prior to shipment. If a problem with craftsmanship or damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. TiO2 Designs will work with you to repair or replace the item when appropriate.
